ARAMARK's mobility platform, Real Time FM, keeps field operatives fully synchronised with central helpdesk . All of the operatives reactive and preventive maintenance work orders are easily available via any of Real Time FM’s supported mobile platforms: mobile phone, hand-held PDA, SMS (text messages), email and/or Internet browser.
Real Time FM applies its mobile technology to ensure critical information is delivered directly to the front-line for immediate response and action. The system also provides for rapid feed-back from the field which is routed simultaneously to the customer, the helpdesk and for audit and traceability to the Real Time FM database.
For optimal work assignment and scheduling, location technology relays the current location of all mobile operatives enabling the central helpdesk to quickly assign the most appropriate person to the job and results in more effective task resolution for the customer.
