Spokesoft Real Time FM product is at the core of ARAMARK’s 24 hour 365 day per year centralised Help Desk, guaranteeing a swift response to any problem which may arise and for which our assistance may be required.

Real Time FM is accessible via any standard browser anywhere on the organisation’s network. Through Real Time FM, technicians can also be contacted by SMS and email, which allows the user to view and respond to the system from a PC, mobile phone or PDA device.
