Utilising this expertise we can ensure that our clients’ specifications and legislative requirements are being met whist also achieving cost savings for the client. We can also avail of our economy of scale, benchmarking and sophisticated management and CAFM systems to ensure value for money.

Working with our in house energy team, we have the capability to deliver an integrated maintenance and energy management solution.

We supply building fabric maintenance support on an as needed basis or by the supply of full time staff such as General Operatives, Carpenters, Painters and any other backup building trades that are required. Our project managers can oversee anything from small works (Painting walls, erecting partitions)  to the full project management and fit out of large offices, installation of manufacturing lines and a full space planning service.

All of our services as well as any other maintenance related activity can be entered onto our planned maintenance schedule and scheduled to an agreed programme as well as managing any emergency reactive services.
