ARAMARK Property has managed different IDA Business Parks on behalf of the IDA since 2000.
The most recent competitive tender process completed in 2010, IDA Ireland awarded ARAMARK Property the contract to manage its Industrial Estates and Business & Technology Parks in the South Region for a three year period. The south region consists of 14 parks in Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Wexford and Kilkenny.
We have a proactive approach to property management and we believe regular communication is of the utmost importance. We maintain regular ongoing contact with our client through meetings and client reporting. We also hold tenant meetings to obtain feedback on the running of the park.
This allows us to provide a service to meet the needs of all the users of the park. We have found that maintaining open lines of communication results in higher service charge recovery rates.
