ARAMARK Property was appointed managing agent of this prestigious landmark office scheme, located on Georges Quay, Dublin 2, in 2001, pre construction. The property consists of 6 large multi-let buildings and external common areas comprising walkways and an outdoor café totalling 37,350 sq m and 400 car parking spaces.
Our dedicated management team and on site staff work closely with all tenants in maintaining strong working relationships based on customer service, open communications and transparency at all times.
Management of the service charge budgets is a key focus. Through our constant review and negotiation with existing suppliers we have managed to achieve significant reduction in on site costs without reducing any of the on site service provisions.
Through our successful implementation of energy audits across all buildings and negotiation with our energy suppliers we have successfully reduced the annual energy consumption and energy costs in Georges Quay year on year from 2009.
Our regular planned preventative maintenance audits on mechanical, electrical and fabric plant have allowed for successful management of all buildings and the successful refurbishment of HVAC plant in two of the buildings.
