Celebrating Irish Food
 Our focus on using locally sourced produce is promoted annually through our 'Celebrate Irish Food' week. In conjunction with our Supply Chain team, we work closely with our quality approved suppliers to ensure that in our restaurants, our customers and clients are served only the freshest ingredients.

Caloriewise launched in Northern Ireland   

The Food Standards Agency in Northern Ireland launched a six-month pilot scheme that will see local food businesses displaying calorie information on menus for the first time. Caloriewise will encourage consumers to make more informed choices when eating out. 

The Caloriewise scheme is being trialled by eight local businesses including ARAMARK Northern Ireland.
