Since our inception in 1967, we have grown to become Ireland’s largest food and professional services supplier.

In 2005, we became part of ARAMARK Corporation and continued to grow from strength to strength building on the resources and expertise of our global parent. The success of the Irish food service business - Campbell Catering Limited, led ARAMARK Corporation to give backing to local management to acquire the business interests of Veris plc in 2009. This strategic acquisition brought Workplace Solutions, Property and Energy Management into the ARAMARK Ireland fold to complement to our Food Services business. The acquisition of the business interests of Veris plc by ARAMARK Ireland in 2009 has brought together in one company, market leaders in their respective fields, who together are providing an unrivalled integrated offering to Ireland’s professional services market.

ARAMARK Food Services was founded in 1967 with one school meals account , establishing the company as Ireland's premier food service provider. Today, as market leaders in our industry, we serve over 250,000 people every day in multinational companies, hospitals, Government agencies and businesses throughout Ireland.

ARAMARK Workplace Solutions, Ireland’s largest facilities management company, was founded in 1999 and like its sister Food Services company, grew its reputation for being best in class in the delivery of services to national and international companies and organisations. Through organic growth, merger and acquisition ARAMARK Workplace Solutions has expanded its business and today employs over 400 staff in 16 countries.

ARAMARK Property was incorporated in 1946 as a subsidiary company of Irish Life Assurance Company. Its main activity was the design and construction of commercial and residential property for investment purposes. By 1956, the company diverted its focus to property management and Glenrye Property Services Limited, was founded in 1999. Under its current trading name, ARAMARK Property provides specialist property services to major retail projects and property management which is now its core business.
