1940 - 60’s

• Campbell Catering was founded by Patrick and Veronica Campbell with the first office at Campbell family home in Swords, Co. Dublin
• In 1956 , Irish Estates, incorporated in 1946 diverted their focus to property management

1970’s

• Campbell Catering wins its first large contract

1980’s

• Campbell Catering win its first national university contract
• Campbell Catering acquire Bewley’s

1990’s

• Campbell Bewley Group is formed and move offices to larger premises at Santry, Dublin
• Campbell Catering begin operating in Northern Ireland
• New logo and corporate identity are established for Campbell Catering
• With continued expansion Campbell Catering move offices again to Northern Cross in Dublin which is established as headquarters
• Vector Workplace & Facilities Management founded in 1999
• Glenrye Property Services was founded in 1999

2000 - 2011

• Campbell Catering enters a strategic alliance with ARAMARK in 2000
• In 2002, a new division Campbell Services is established
• 2002 saw three new regional offices established in Cork, Limerick and Belfast
• In 2003 and 2004 Campbell Catering is named as one of the Fifty Best Companies to Work for in Ireland
• In 2005, ARAMARK Corporation acquire a 90% stake hold in Campbell Catering
• In 2009,  ARAMARK / Campbell Catering acquired the business interests of Veris Plc
• In 2011, ARAMARK rebranded to ARAMARK Ireland with 5 distinct divisions ; ARAMARK Property, ARAMARK Workplace Solutions, ARAMARK Food Services , ARAMARK Environmental & ARAMARK Healthcare
