ARAMARK to Acquire
Facilities Management Business in Ireland
Expanded facilities services capability augments leading food services business to broaden and strengthen offerings to clients across Ireland
Dublin, Ireland, October 01 2009 – ARAMARK & Campbell Catering announced today that it has agreed to acquire the facilities management business interests of Veris plc. Those business interests include Vector, IEFM Ltd, Premier Property Management, Orange, Glenrye and Irish Estates Management. The proposed acquisition is subject to Shareholder and Competition Authority approval.

When completed, the acquisition of these businesses will allow us consolidate ARAMARK & Campbell Catering’s position in the managed services sector.”

It is envisaged that Martin McMahon will lead the expanded facilities management operation, and that all of the senior management team and employees of the Veris plc facilities management business will transfer to ARAMARK & Campbell Catering following the acquisition.
